Ebony Macfarlane lives in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney in Australia. She is a primary school teacher by day, and an emerging writer by night. She spends much of her time exploring the beautiful area in which she is so fortunate to live, courageously battling deadly snakes and spiders. If she's not outside or spending time with her family, partner and anthropomorphic dog, she is reading or writing. She most enjoys writing middle grade fiction for children.
