Anne Gudger is an essay/memoir writer who writes hard and loves harder. She's been published in Real Simple Magazine, The Rumpus, Tupelo Quarterly, PANK, Citron Review, Sweet Lit, Sunday Short Reads, CutBank, Cutthroat, Columbia Journal, and elsewhere. Plus, she's won four essay contests and been a “Best of the Net” nominee twice. She's co-founder of Coffee and Grief, which includes a monthly reading series. Everybody grieves and when people share grief they feel less alone. Her debut memoir is forthcoming with Jaded Ibis Press summer 2023. She lives in Banks, Oregon with her beloved husband.
